Then on the 4th row, the first light indicates &quot;quarter past&quot;, the 2nd &quot;half past&quot; and the 3rd &quot;quarter to&quot;. In the pic above, the first light is lit, hence &quot;half past&quot; i.e. 15 minutes.

The next 14 lights are for additional minutes. In the pic above, the first 10 lights are lit in that area.

Hence, total minutes is 15+10=25. Hence, the watch is showing 10:25.

The last 3 lights show the seconds ticking by. 

As you can see, the watch face has some subtle dark grey markings which distinguish the borderline between hours, minutes &amp; seconds.</description>
